2) Time spent with your child. One hour playing Uno, building Lego, browsing instagram for cat and puppy videos. Talking and possibly filling out some self-rating scales to get things rolling.
3) Extensive medical background information from parent.
4) Review of the IEP, recent testing and areas of need/strength.
5) Defining the goal, the purpose, and moving forward to get what is needed. This part is not pretty. And you may not like me after this. But you still need to pay me. (LOL).
